This practice helps align your energy with your goals. Take it a step further by creating a vision board. If you’re short on time, digital tools like Canva make it easy to design a board filled with inspiring images and affirmations.

Sit comfortably and take a few deep breaths.
Visualize each chakra, starting at the root, filling with vibrant, glowing light.
As you reach your crown chakra, state your intentions out loud or silently.

One ritual I swear by is Reiki self-treatments. Every morning, I spend five minutes placing my hands over my heart and solar plexus, visualizing golden light filling my body. It’s a simple practice that grounds me and sets a positive tone for the day.
Another quick energy booster is breath-work. Try the “4-7-8” method:
Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds.
Hold your breath for 7 seconds.
Exhale through your mouth for 8 seconds. Repeat this cycle three times to calm your nervous system and boost focus.

Spending time outdoors is one of the easiest ways to recharge. Whether it’s a walk in the park or simply standing barefoot in your basement or backyard, connecting with the earth helps balance your energy.
Last year, I started taking “mindful nature walks” where I keep my phone in a pouch as I walk and focus on the sights, sounds, and smells around me. It’s amazing how 15 minutes can leave you feeling refreshed and inspired.

This might sound counterintuitive, but one of the best ways to recharge is by scheduling downtime.
