Stay healthy by eating right, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, and managing your stress levels.

Finally, you must be able to maintain a positive outlook on life and towards the world around you even during the most difficult times. You can reflect this in what you do by not letting yourself get down by setbacks or failures, but instead try to learn from these experiences and find new ways of achieving your goals.
